Can I work from home or is this office based?

You will need to work from the office initially until you have passed your probationary. We can then offer a Hybrid working model after this period.

 

Does the role have commission?

The Bank Coordinator role has a commission element and is a team based bonus structure.

 

What are the working hours?

Working hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm, although there are some flexible working options that can be offered once probation has been passed.

 

How big is the team I would be working in?

The team is a large team covering two offices based in Skipton and Poland.

 

What does training and induction look like?

You will receive company induction when upon joining and then training will be a combination of theory and practical training.
