Tracy is a hands on CEO with excellent communication, presentation and team management skills. She has over 20 years’ experience working in the healthcare sector and a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of the industry.
Her passion for workforce innovation has led her to taking a central role in starting three of the top eight medical recruitment providers in the UK.
Phil Nardone, Finance and Commercial Director
Phil joined Agile in October 2020 as Finance Director and has overall responsibility for the Finance, Commercial and Administration teams across the business.
A passionate, highly motivated and commercially minded individual, Phil has a proven track record for delivering results and performance improvement in all his previous roles; he is a dedicated team player who always wants to learn and improve his own performance in addition to offering help, support and guidance to others.
Prior to joining Agile, Phil worked in a number of industries including Facilities Maintenance, Software Technology, Recruitment and Civil Engineering, and therefore brings a wealth of experience and different perspectives to the business.
Nick Cheshire, Clinical Lead
Nick Cheshire has been a consultant vascular surgeon for 25 years and Imperial College Professor of Vascular Surgery since 2004. He is currently head of vascular surgery in the Aortic Centre at the Royal Brompton & Harefield hospitals and was previously medical director of Imperial College Hospitals, at that time the largest NHS trust in the country. As MD he was responsible for amalgamation of services across three London teaching hospitals and developed a 5-year clinical quality strategy for the newly formed group. In 2010 he led a city-wide review of vascular services in London; the plan developed was subsequently adopted as one of the models for vascular service delivery across the UK. At the Royal College of Surgeons of England, Nick previously led a team developing a national vascular skills training package still in use today.
Nick’s research interests are in the role of technology in complex arterial disease including stent design, robotics, virtual reality training and genomics. Research programs have raised over £12 million and won prizes in the UK, Europe & the USA. He has a national and international reputation in complex arterial surgery and in technological developments in the field of endovascular surgery. He has published over 200 manuscripts and given over 250 keynote lectures. He is a scientific advisor and an organising contributor to major international vascular conferences in the United Kingdom, Europe and the USA.
Trevor Hubbard, Director of Nursing and Governance
Trevor Hubbard was recently appointed as Director of Nursing and Governance. He has over 35 years experience in the NHS in both senior clinical and operational roles. Most recently he was Director of Nursing for Conwy and Denbighshire in North Wales and prior to this held the Deputy Executive Director of Nursing role for the Health Board. He has worked on behalf of NHS Improvement undertaking an end to end improvement programme in urgent care in North West London and was Deputy Clinical Director for an Ambulance Trust prior to this. Trevor brings extensive experience of quality and governance in the NHS and has a breadth of experience across many clinical settings.
