Insourcing methodology
Once a contract has been agreed we work on a 3-point process – Assessment – Planning – Delivery.
Our experienced team liaise with local stakeholders to undertake a robust assessment of the local environment, gain an understanding of any local intricacies and any particular issues which we may need to be aware of in order to successfully commence service delivery. Following our site visit/s and assessment/s we then prepare a robust and tailored mobilisation plan which will include a workforce assessment to ensure preparedness for delivery. Finally, we move into delivery meeting the delivery expectations in the contract, ensuring appropriate communication with the client and accurate reporting on performance.
Communication and reporting is a cornerstone of our model, ensuring we have regular reporting and communication with the commissioning client. This will range from daily wash-up sessions, weekly and monthly highlight reporting. Formal monthly meetings are the cornerstone of our strong performance enabling us to discuss performance and associated issues, risks, and mitigations.
Incident reporting and risk management is a key responsibility for the contract via our clinical practice lead, clinical lead or designated insourcing manager to ensure relevant investigations, follow-up and lessons learned occur.
