New for this year, the UK’s Best Workplaces for Development List recognises companies making employee development a key part of company culture. To compile the UK’s Best Workplaces for Development List, Great Place to Work® reviewed our culture, benefits, approach to leadership and development, alongside anonymous responses from our employees. They then used these data insights to benchmark our company's employee value proposition against the culture our employees actual experience. Only the businesses who achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces™ status.
From our anonymous employee feedback, we can see that overall our team highly commends our dedication treating people fairly across our business, with 79% of employees saying we’re a great place to work.
